Exchanges and Returns

At TuttiBear, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason it does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange of products, under the conditions indicated below.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 consecutive days after receipt of the order, as provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.

Conditions of Acceptance

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we only accept returns of products that:

Are sealed, with no signs of use or opening

Are returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition

Include proof of purchase

Opened, damaged or tampered with products will not be accepted.

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of error on our part or defective products.

In the event of an error or defect, TuttiBear will bear the costs and arrange collection.

Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must follow the same return process and indicate the desired exchange by email.

Defective Products or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or one that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@tuttibear.com, attaching photographs of the product and packaging so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to request a return:

Send an email to hello@tuttibear.com with the order number and reason for the return.

After validation, you will receive shipping instructions.

The return will be processed after receipt and verification of the product(s).
