How do I place an order?
Shopping at Tutti Bear is easy! Browse our collections, select the items you love, choose the size and quantity, and add them to your basket. When you are ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Klarna (pay later option)

Can I modify or cancel my order before it is shipped?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please double-check the details before confirming your purchase.
Shipping
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We work with CTT and DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
Where do you deliver?
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your parcel in real time.
What happens if I am not available for delivery?
If you are not present at the delivery address, the carrier may attempt a new delivery or leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Exchanges and Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- In the original packaging, with labels intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our customer support team at hello@tuttibear.com to initiate the return process. Returns are not accepted without prior authorisation.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items marked as final sale, customised products, or those showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Do you have a physical shop?
No, we are an online-only shop and do not have a physical location. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.
